购票 Tickets
1、成人票价380元人民币每人，儿童票190元人民币每.
RMB380/person, Half price for children.
2、身高超过1.20米的儿童（12岁）须购买儿童票。持一张全价票的旅客可免费携带1.2米以下儿童一人乘车，但不供给座位（旺季）。携带免费乘车儿童超过一人或者要求供给座位时，须购买儿童票。
Accompanied children (12-years-old) over 1.2 meters height should buy half-price tickets. Every adult can take one child under 1.2 meters for free (no seat in peak season). If more than one child or requiring for seats, half-price tickets shall be brought.
3、持赠品客人须提前至少一天致电赛笛芭诗预约热线4006500760预定班次。
Passengers with free ticket shall book the trip via our hotline 4006500760 at least one day in advance
退票
Tickets refunding
1、当次班车开车时间2小时前办理退票，本公司不收取票费。
Tickets could be refunded 2 hours before the booked shift departs, with no extra charge from Beijing Citybus Tour Services.
2、当次班车开车前2小时内不办理退票。
Tickets cannot be refunded within 2 hours before the booked shift departs
3、由于本公司责任，交通管制，天气等不可抗力造成班次晚点延迟的，旅客可根据需要改乘其他班次或者退票。
Tickets could be refunded with no extra charge if the shifts are delayed or canceled due to Beijing City Bus Tour Serivices, government traffic control, weather or other Force Majeure.
乘车 On route
1、旅客应当持有效凭证（车票/预定登记的有效证件/预定短信），并按指定的车次、乘车日期、开车时间乘车。
Passengers shall take the trip according to booked date and shifts. Tickets/valid credentials used for booking/confirming text messages are required for verification.
2、旅客不得携带或者夹带危险物品、禁运物品、超限物品进站乘车。
Any articles that is prohibited by government or may jeopardize trip safety must not be taken by the passenger.
3、凡有下列情形之一者不准乘车：（1）不遵守汽车客运规章而不听工作人员劝告者；（2）精神失常无人护送或者虽有人护送仍可能危及其他旅客安全者；（3）恶性传染病患者和酗酒者：（4）危害公共安全的其他情形。
The following conditions are not allowed to board. A. Passengers with no respect for public transporting regulations and our staff. B. Passengers with mental problems without accompany and whose who may jeopardize the safety of other passengers despite accompany. C. Passengers with severe epidemic or drinking problems. D. Passengers in any other condition that may risk public safety.
4、32周以上孕妇须有人陪同乘车，或出示免责声明。65岁以上老人须有人陪同乘车，或出示免责声明。
Accompany or disclaimer documents are required for passengers with more than 32 weeks pregnancy and passengers over 65-years-old.
运输责任 Transportation Liability
1、运输过程中造成旅客伤害的，按照相关法律、法规处理。
Harm to the passengers that occurred in the trip, shall be processed according to local laws and regulations.
2、运输过程中旅客随身携带物品发生毁损、灭失，我公司有过错的承担损害赔偿责任。机密文件、贵重物品、易碎品、易污品、武器、精密仪器、有价证券等物品由旅客自行携带看管，如发生毁损、灭失，我公司不承担责任。
Damages, disappearance and lost of passengers’ personal belongings that Beijing Citybus Tour Services has fault, shall be processed accordingly. Passengers shall keep personal belongings such as confidential materials, valuables, fragile goods, precision instruments, marketable securities by themselves. Beijing Citybus Tour Services will not be liable for any damages, disappearances and lost of the above goods.
3、旅客损坏站、车内设施或他人财物，应照价赔偿。
Any damages to facilities inside the parking lot and buses shall be paid accordingly.
5、由于旅客自身原因发生的其他问题，均由旅客承担责任。
Beijing Citybus Tour Services is not liable for any other problems due to passengers’ personal reasons.
